Looking for a task to bring your team together? Let Day Tours Tampa Bay provide you one of our five Team Building Programs. The event starts as soon as the passengers get onto the vehicle as we begin to decipher the teams. Upon arrival at your location, the teams will then compete in choice of competitions. We offer an amazing style race, a beach front competition, rope climbing and other challenging tasks for groups of 9 to 35.

MOSI Corporate Teambuilding Activities
Whether or not you are looking for a high-energy adrenaline-fueled adventure 36 feet high in the air, or want to keep your feet grounded, the Museum of Science & Industry in Tampa has the perfect teambuilding activity for you. Teambuilding activities include transportation to and from MOSI.
Conquer your fears and experience an adrenaline rush like no other with MOSI’s Sky Trail® Ropes Course teambuilding package, featuring 36 elements on a 12 – 36 foot high, multilevel structure. The ropes course is designed with challenging high-energy feats ideal for all ages. Teams will start off on our beginner level, and as you build confidence, test their abilities by attempting more advanced elements throughout the upper levels of the course.
Then join our trained staff for numerous ground teambuilding exercises designed to foster collaboration utilizing effective communication and problem solving skills. These activities require groups to be in close contact with each other in order to achieve success. The activities require trust among participants, collective decision-making and compromising individual ideas to form with the groups' ideas. Ground teambuilding activities include three to five different activities. Below are examples of some of the activities that may be included:
Scientists on a Log: Participants are lined up on two long beams and attempt to reverse order without falling off. A coordinated team effort and communication skills are required to manage the task.
Particle Break Off: Three platforms of varying size are placed on the ground. The whole team must stand on the platform for ten seconds. This challenge requires close contact and problem-solving skills as the platforms get smaller.
Element Sequence: A grid is placed on the ground with common scientific elements. As a team you must figure out the sequence so each participant can cross the grid. This challenge requires strong non-verbal communication and teamwork.
Human Pretzel: Standing in a circle, group members must reach across and shake hands, using the hand connecting to a different person. The group then tries to unravel the "human pretzel" by unthreading their bodies without letting go of each other’s hands. This challenge will help the team learn to work together to solve this puzzle
Birthday Line-up: The group must line up in order of their birthday by month and day. The catch is you cannot speak during team activity.

Segway Team-Building Package
As a part of Day Tours Tampa Bay “Team-Building” programs, we are pleased to introduce the perfect Meeting "S.E.G.W.A.Y - Sending Employees to Gain Wisdom Among Yourselves.” Whether you are looking for an entertaining activity outside the Board Room for your employees or a valuable way to strengthen business relationships, teamwork and communication within your group, let Tampa Bay Day Tours Team-Building division fulfill that need. Similar to the hit television show, The Amazing Race, this Team-Building Program offers a competitive split-squad scenario with an educational twist in Historic Ybor City. You complete the race on your own Segway! Here’s how it works. During transportation to the excursion’s starting location, the members of your group will conduct a “draft” exercise to first divide the group equally. Thus begins the Strategy among the Staff! Upon arrival, the group will be given a 30 min training session on how to operate and drive a Segway. This process continues the team concept with tasks that require teamwork, trust and relationships. We continue the competition after the initial phase ensuring all participants are Safe Among Their Peers. Travel through historic Ybor city with your team to specific sequential landmarks in the city. Each team must gain an historic fact from each of these landmarks before continuing to the next location. The first team to complete each phase of the tasks wins the race! Finally, return to the Office in a beautifully earned luxury vehicle where you can enjoy the experience among all who participated."

Beach, Build and Bond Team-Building Package
Everyone needs a break from time to time, so break down the walls of the conference room and Build your teams rapport on one of the most beautiful beach's in the United States. For department head size or executive size teams, we offer a team building program consisting of a relay race style of program. Using the natural wonder surrounding us combined with manmade utensils, teams compete to see who can complete the course the most efficiently. We have combined paddle-boarding, kayaking, Fun Cycles and even "Sand Sculpting" in this one of kind competition. This program tests your skills as a leader, follower and problem solver.
